About EAM Experiences

Hi,

I’m Beth the founder of EAM Experience Solutions, a boutique event planning firm specializing in corporate, social, and non-profit events. My journey in events began at Bridgewater Associates in 2010, where I spent over a decade as the Head of Events & Programming, managing more than 85 events annually and overseeing firm-wide event operations at scale.

Creating meaningful experiences has always been my passion whether for families, friends, or colleagues. I believe in the power of stepping away from the everyday to connect, celebrate, and enjoy. That belief has shaped both my personal and professional life, including a college stint at Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom, where I “earned my ears” and studied their gold-standard approach to hospitality.

It is extremely important to me, to have a team that shares my values and passionate approach and I am proud to say we have built that here at EAM. We are a growing team of seasoned professionals with deep expertise across all areas of event planning:

  • Corporate, Milestone, Festivals & Non-for-Profit Events: My personal specialty, with a focus on seamless partnership, logistical precision & budget management.

  • Mitzvah Celebrations: Led by our Mitzvah Events Manager with over 10 years of experience, including 5 years dedicated to Jewish lifecycle events.

  • Weddings: Spearheaded by our Senior Wedding Producer a passionate partner in design, logistics, and family connection, from engagement to the last dance.

  • Design & Decor: Our exclusive partner, Get Personal, brings visions to life through custom installations, specialty décor, centerpieces, and more.

  • Social Events, Operations & Execution: Our HR certified Project Manager and Executive Assistant ensure everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes across all events both big and small.

We pride ourselves on working collaboratively, with no ego only a shared goal of excellence. Through a vast and growing network of industry partners across the tri-state and beyond, we bring clients fresh, original ideas and elevated experiences.

Outside of events, I’m an adoptive parent to two amazing boys and actively mentor others navigating the adoption process blending the same logistical skill and heart-driven focus I bring to every event.
